Dixi Health - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before visiting the Dixi Health website. These terms constitute a legal contract between Dixi Health and users.

General Terms

This document represents Dixi Health as a provider of medical tourism services to its clients. These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions that clients must comply with when utilizing medical tourism packages and services. These terms and conditions also apply to consulting, mediation, services, ancillary services and all future contracts.

Mediation

DixiHealth mediates transportation and organization services for clients, such as travel reservations, hotel bookings and appointments with medical providers at clinics.

Only the above-mentioned mediation services are provided under the contract. Any additional services cannot be provided without an express written agreement for individual cases.The customer places his order by signing or clicking on the online order request. He can also place an order by sending us the postal receipt.

Acceptance of the order is confirmed by us in writing. Confirmation can also be provided by e-mail.

With the acceptance of the order, the contract is concluded in which the customer instructs us to supply a transportation service provided by the customer or any other service related to the performance of the journey.

The customer has a maximum of 10 days to place his order or booking order. If we do not confirm the booking in writing or by e-mail within this period, the customer is no longer bound by the order.

All medical and medical applications can be rejected on the spot after detailed investigations by the respective service providers. In such a case, the customer is obliged to pay the costs incurred until then, such as laboratory, examination, accommodation, etc.

Settlement

The Customer is obliged to receive the booking confirmation and check its accuracy. Written notification of errors or deviations must be made within a period of three days after receipt of the booking confirmation. Notifications of errors or deviations made after the expiry of the three-day period will not be taken into account. Delays, especially if they are erroneous, do not confer a right of withdrawal from the contract. Airline tickets will be sent to the customer by post or e-mail. In exceptional cases, tickets can be deposited at the airport counter. Liability for tickets lost by post is excluded. The client is responsible for the necessary travel documents and is obliged to provide documents that comply with the entry requirements.

The down payment must be made by bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of booking confirmation. The down payment will be reflected in the price of the trip. If the down payment is not paid on time, the booking may be canceled at the applicable cancellation fees. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to departure.

If payment is not made, we are under no obligation to deliver the documents. The client may be granted additional time, but if payment is not made within the additional time, we are entitled to withdraw from the travel contract or demand compensation.

Cancellation must be notified in writing or by e-mail.

Cancellation costs:

  • 10% up to 30 days before the agreed date of surgery,
  • 20% up to 14 days before the agreed date of surgery,
  • Up to 30% of the total agreed costs up to 7 days before the agreed appointment date.

The rebooking of a booked and confirmed trip is only possible by withdrawing from the reservation and at the same time rebooking for another trip, unless the hotel or tour operator provides these special provisions.

Transfer costs are determined according to the conditions of the hotel or tour operator concerned.

It is recommended to take out trip cancellation insurance.

Final Provisions

Legal validity of this disclaimer

If any part of the statement is not legal or correct, the validity of the other parts is not affected.

No warning without prior communication.

In cases of infringement, information is requested without a cost note, the offending content is removed immediately.

Costs incurred without prior communication will be rejected, in case of infringement, counterclaims may be brought.

The disclaimer is valid from January 2024.

Terms of the Money Back Guarantee:

  • Patient dissatisfaction is not sufficient for a refund request if the treatment result does not meet expectations.
  • If the desired operation result does not meet expectations, a free follow-up operation can be considered.
  • The money-back guarantee does not apply if the repair is refused.
  • It is necessary to prove a technical error.
  • Only in the case of medical failure will the costs of the operation be refunded, other costs will not be reimbursed.
